Due to increased shipping rates and fuel surcharges exceeding 30%, we clarify that we offer free ground shipping for most purchases of $99 or more as follows:
Sails, masts, booms and rigs by FedEx ground courier
- Free shipping on all sails, masts, booms and rigs unless otherwise noted as shipping extra.
- Oversize sails, masts or booms which are shipped by FedEx ground courier will have a $50 shipping charge. (Does not apply to sails, masts or booms that ship with boards from our warehouse)
- Oversize items are classified as follows
- 9.8m or larger sails denoted with asterisks*.
- 520cm or larger masts denoted with asterisks*.
- Formula and Race booms denoted with asterisks*.
- Free Shipping on in stock Chinook Carbon booms. Shipping charge for drop ship Chinook Carbon booms.
Board bags by FedEx ground courier
- Due to the size and dimensional weight of board bags relative to their value, shipping restrictions apply as follows:
- Free shipping when shipped with board or complete package.
- Free shipping when shipped in a box containing $199 in merchandise (ie with in stock boom, fin, harness, base, DVD etc)
- Shipping charge applies when shipped in a box with less than $199 in merchandise.
Accessories (Harness, fins, bases, parts, etc) by FedEx ground courier
- Free shipping on shipments over $99 that ship complete from our warehouse unless otherwise noted (ie boardbags)
- True Ames, MFC fins, Epic Gear and Chinook products specify free shipping on in stock items only.
- Minimum $10 shipping charge for accessories drop shipped from distributor regardless of value.
- $10 shipping for any shipment valued under $99
Videos by FedEx ground courier
- Free shipping on shipments over $99 that ship together complete from our warehouse
- $5 shipping for DVD orders under $99
Complete Board with Rig Packages delivered by transport truck:
- 2008/09 board with rig complete packages include free delivery to a commercial address unless otherwise noted with an asterisks*
- Commercial address is defined as freight company terminal or a commercial business address (not home based business in residence)
- Yellow Freight transport deliveries of complete board with Rig packages to residential deliveries are an additional $49 - $69. Customer makes appointment with local Yellow Freight terminal for delivery during regular business hours when Yellow Freight are in area.
Boards delivered by transport truck:
- Many in-line (MSRP) 2009 windsurfing boards include free delivery to a commercial address unless otherwise noted with asterisks*.
2009 boards with an asterisks (Free Shipping*) receive subsidized shipping of $79. Customer is responsible for shipping charges over the subsidized amount.
- Remote delivery locations, especially for boards denoted with an asterisks*
- Freight/transport deliveries of boards to residential deliveries are an additional $49 - $69. Customer makes appointment with local Yellow Freight terminal for delivery during regular business hours when Yellow Freight are in your area.
Closeout 2005 - 2008 boards by Transport truck
· where *(Free shipping - See Integrity Pricing) is indicated, Free shipping offer on closeout boards covers up to $79 in our shipping costs - customer is responsible for any costs above $79. For major centers in FL, TX, CA, OR, WA, or other states that are across the country from our NY warehouse (distributors warehouse for drop shipments), addition shipping of $20-$80 may apply (to commercial address).
· where *Shipping from $99 is indicated on closeout boards, $99 is our minimum shipping charge and covers most commercial deliveries. For board shipments to TX, CA, OR, WA, FL Keys, or other states that are across the country from our NY warehouse (or distributors warehouse for drop shipments), addition shipping of $10-$89 may apply (to commercial address). Remote destinations and residential deliveries are at customer option and will require freight quote with additional charge.
