The concave conquers! The test winner and favourite board of all wavesailors has been improved again, this time with extra bite. With our new AllWave line focussed on allround conditions, we have tweaked and tuned the NewWave line to be even more radical and hardcore. Redefined rails and slightly narrower outlines, make sure you are always where you want to be on the wave. No section too deep, no ramp too steep! You decide where you want to hit it!

A close relationship between shaper Sebastian Wenzel and our Worldcup wave team ensures direct feedback. The most advanced CAD software available makes it possible to analyse all the curves that work together for perfect harmony and performance.
The monoconcave bottom shape provides power and grip, while allowing for a smooth, continuous scoop-rocker line. The perfect amount of tail rocker keeps the NewWaves as loose as possible on the wave without losing traction.

Carbon Kevlar Double Sandwich Technology:

The most advanced composite components are used on the FreeWave boards. The lightest and most impact resistant cloth available world-wide, carbon/kevlar in combination with a double pvc sandwich guarantees the most efficient construction in terms of light weight with maximum impact resistance. The new light finish look optimises the weight of the FW boards to the max, without any loss in durability.

NW 75 - Windsurf 09/2005 (UK): TEST FAVOURITE!!!
“…The NewWave 75 is a simply stunning board with a level of control and ease that belies the electric potential. Ideal for riders of all abilities that are keen to push their limits in waves, it comes highly recommended…”

NW 81 – Windsurf 10/2005 (UK): TEST FAVOURITE!!!
“…the NewWave 81 specialists wave tool, with a level of ease and user-friendlyness to match its awesome performance capacity. Whatever your weight or ability, if you´re looking to give your wave riding a boost, you´d be hard pushed to find a better candidate…”

NW 75 - surf 03/2006 (Germany): TEST FAVOURITE!!
“…A very radical Waveboard you can recommend with every wind- and wave-conditions. Feels comfortable with side-offshore conditions and small onshore waves. Especially more experienced waveriders who love a direct feeling, will enjoy the high potential of this board. surf-tip: all conditions/all types.”…”

NW 69 Windsurfers 03/2005 (Germany):
“…Easy speed and a straight feeling. Also works good in choppy conditions and gusts…. On the wave you can make the turn over the whole rail without cutouts losing speed… In any case a very successful new edition, will be especially fun for wave-freaks which are looking for a fast and straight Waveboard…”

NW 75 Wind Mag 299/06:
“…Modern and very ambitios… Looking for maximum ease of use… Got first in handiness, with even more agreeable and fluid curves, without losing in precision. Optimal carving with control and grip. Surf machine without compromise!...”

The Concave continues! After introducing the mono concave concept in 2004, our focus was to take this concept to the next level.

Fanatic team rider Victor Fernandez, 4th in the 2004 PWA Wave rankings:
“These boards are carving and turning like a dream, you can push the rail as hard as you want and the board always follows, without losing speed or control. No turn is too tight, no pocket too small. You can go into any section you want. Just choose it and go!”

NewWave 69 & 75:
The two smaller sizes feature a mono concave in front of the mast track, all the way to the tail. These are the absolute shredding machines, taking our team riders and you to the max level of performance and beyond. Front foot, back foot, down the line and onshore, the 69 & 75´s are always incredibly smooth and THE reference in Waveboards today - ride the Concave and feel the difference….

NewWave 81:
The NewWave 81 has a slightly different concept with a mono-concave ending around the finbox and transitioning into a V in the tail, plus a V nose section. This design guarantees super early planing with loads of performance on the wave. It gets you out there no matter how light the wind is and feels like a much smaller board on the wave. Front and back foot performance are equally balanced.

Special features on the NewWaves:
- CAD designed and CAM machined
- Monoconcave power bottom for max. wave performance
- Soft manoeuvre tail-rail for even smoother turns
- More volume in the centre to give more power and flotation
- Clean progression from last years range, perfected and tuned rocker line

Sebastian Wenzel explains the technology behind this incredible performance level:
“By using the most advanced CAD software, we are able to analyse all the curves that work together on a board, to design them to function in perfect harmony and performance. Due to the monoconcave, the rocker line has been adapted to make the shapes work perfectly. A very smooth curve throughout with just the perfect amount of tail rocker makes these boards just absolutely shred in all conditions.
